As a key member of our client's call centre, you will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions on the first contact.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, showcasing professionalism and empathy
Diagnose issues and provide efficient and accurate solutions on the first call
Utilise internal systems and knowledge bases to assist customers confidently
Document interactions clearly and accurately
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes

Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in a call centre or customer service role
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
