The Department of Administrative and Financial Services (DAFS) Office of Information Technology (MaineIT) provides information technology support to over 13,000 employees. MaineIT oversees large-scale enterprise applications that support the critical and diverse business needs of the State and its agencies. Help us shape technology investments at the State of Maine. This position is part of the Enterprise Architecture program, a highly experienced team within the Office of Information Technology. The program is essential for identifying and overseeing the implementation of robust IT solutions that enable the State to innovate, grow, and operate efficiently in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. This role helps to define a strategic technology investment for the Executive Branch, ensuring the most effective technology is successfully aligned with business objectives. The program recommends scalable, secure, and adaptable solutions capable of supporting future growth and innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with agency partners and technical teams to ensure investments in technology will provide the best overall value for the State while maintaining scalability, security, and high-performance solutions that align with industry’s best practices.
