Teachers will utilize a variety of instructional techniques and learning opportunities to enable students to develop competencies and skills which will ensure student success in the assigned subject area and in society.

Qualified applicants will hold the appropriate teacher certification and endorsements for the subject to be taught. Ā

Minimum Teacher SalaryĀ
$63,810Ā (based on the 2025/2026 Compensation Plan)
- Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
- Salary will be adjusted to the start date.
Program Stipend:
- Stipends include additional days during the Breakthrough Campus academic year as outlined in the stipend agreement.
