With more than 300 locations across the globe, The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. For over four decades, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

Job Summary:As Gym Director, you’ll be the heartbeat of the gym—leading your team, supporting families, connecting with the community and creating a space where Serious Fun thrives every day. The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym of Chattanooga. The Gym Director reports directly to the owner.
Responsibilities:
- Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Share The Little Gym experience with prospective families—and welcome them in!
- A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
- A background in child development or physical education - gymnastics, dance or recreation (a plus!)
- Previous customer service or team management experience
- Someone who’s organized, motivated, and ready to grow
- A big kid at heart who can make others smile without even trying
- You can lead a freeze dance like nobody’s business
- You believe silliness and structure can go hand-in-hand
