Summary
PURPOSE: The Administrative QA Assistant coordinates and completes a variety of administrative tasks to support implementation of efficient, sustainable systems. The Administrative QA Assistant also coordinates efforts to ensure department and organizational compliance.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience (Human Services preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to obtain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • Ability to manage changing priorities
  • Collaborative and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to travel within the state, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate elevations and communicate with funding sources
  • Track timelines and maintain documentation
  • Support certifications, renewals, and background checks
  • Assist with compliance requests (AHCCCS, MCOs, OIG, CAPs, Health Plans)
  • Prepare reports and summaries as requested
  • Support Quality Assurance projects and tasks
