$137,400-$183,200
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
The Mansfield Mill EHS Manager will be responsible for directing and administering the mill Environmental, Health Services and Safety programs, policies and procedures. The EHS Manager must ensure that the mill complies with all applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, and achieve continuous improvement through sustainable EHS management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain effective and sustainable systems, procedures and training to achieve an accident free and environmental incident-free mill.
- Lead change efforts by working effectively with key stakeholders to implement new company and regulatory initiatives
- As a key member of the lead team, work with peers to successfully resolve issues and implement improvements in our systems and procedures
- Manage the environmental, health services and safety teams, to ensure they are able to successfully meet goals.
- Set clear expectations and monitor performance
- Provide frequent and candid feedback
- Address and resolve performance issues and conflicts
- Establish preventative health and safety programs to identify and reduce risk from potential hazards in the workplace.
- Integrate continuous improvement in environment and safety systems and drive employee engagement to achieve desired results.
- Work closely with local community leaders to present the mill as a good corporate citizen for safety and environmental stewardship.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of eight years’ paper mill and/or EHS experience.
- Demonstrated experience-leading teams to successfully implement change.
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of mill operations, and outstanding communication skills to work with internal and external stakehol
