ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Analyst, Supply Planning will be accountable for delivering balanced, world-class results across case fill rate, inventory, and process metrics with a commitment to supply planning process excellence and lean/continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned technology(s), within respective region
Drives results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies
Optimizes inventory and case fill, end to end
Drives decisions and trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicates to stakeholders
Develops constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP and best practices
Cross functional and external collaboration to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory, and capacity
Master data ownership and compliance
Escalates supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager and identify options to drive to resolution
Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics
Conducts monthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 process
Conducts monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for appropriate category/cluster and identify/drive corrective actions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:
University/Bachelor’s Degree or military experience considered in lieu of education requirement
2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 1+ years of relevant experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS:
1+ year SAP and/or Kinaxis experience/knowledge (planning related module)
Experience in the CPG industry
APICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTD
High level proficiency with Microsoft applications
Demonstrated results working in a team-based, cross-functional environment
Proven organizational skills and ability to manage priorities with competing demands
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Process improvement proficiency, e.g., root cause understanding, lean methodology, etc.
Quantitative/qualitative analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs

Remote work is available one a week for eligible employees
