Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP, S/4HANA, and will be responsible for providing expert-level technical and functional support to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Perform system configuration and customization in S/4HANA and SAP SRM (SRM experience is a plus).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems (mandatory).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be a US Citizen due to the nature of the projects and clients.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming.
• Extensive experience with S/4HANA and SAP SRM (SAP SRM experience is optional).
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP business processes.
• Ability to analyze and map business requirements to SAP solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
• Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
• Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Provide functional support and guidance to clients on SAP best practices 
• Experience with SAP configuration and customization 
• Any SAP certification
• Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably in a Big 4 Consulting firm.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points.
• SAP FIN, Procurement and Govt industry experience would be a plus.
