Senior Coordinator, University Recruiting

IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 14 million students worldwide, is looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented and high energy Senior Coordinator to support our University Recruiting team in hiring top early career talent. In this role, you will work side by side with the university recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers across technical teams within IXL to ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with new graduates as they launch their careers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn quickly about the recruiting process at a fast growing company.

This is a full time position in our San Mateo, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 

• Partner with our university recruiting team to deeply understand hiring needs and support student and university recruiting programs
• Assist with screening candidates for entry level technical openings  
• Become an expert on IXL Learning to answer questions from candidates about our products, positions, and company culture
• Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome
• Coordinate campus activities such as organizing career fairs and events including company registration, team attendance, tracking, stocking and shipping of company swag and booth materials
• Keep organized notes and record of hiring and process data
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for onsite interview candidates
• Host and manage onsite interview candidates while they are in the office
• Provide general administrative support for university recruiting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Highly self-motivated and driven to perform well
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Experience with Greenhouse, or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Passionate about education and technology

The base salary range for this full-time position is $58,000 to $70,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
