VP of Operations

Description

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Operations to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our internal processes and driving operational efficiency. As the VP, you will oversee all aspects of internal operations, collaborating closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to plan and achieve our strategic objectives. 

Requirements

• Passionate about the industry and effecting positive change – previous involvement in related sectors such as satellite/space technology, telecommunications, or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience as a VP or Executive Leader within an emerging startup.
• Profound comprehension of business operations and procedures - capable of providing guidance and navigating the Leadership Team through growth challenges.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in team management and development across Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
• Familiarity with founder-led, resource-efficient environments.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically and contribute to the development of long-term business strategies.
• A natural inclination towards fostering relationships and building trust with a low ego.
