PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The Digital Query Management (DQM) is a key strategic program for the client. DQM, as a program, aims to move the organization forward into a best-in-class coordinated service function, freeing up sales staff to spend more time with clients queries, and being better informed in those interactions. DQM is based on the SaaS Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, and has now been deployed to 30+ countries, including all hub sites, and to c.4k wholesale colleagues across the world.   

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The MS Dynamics Solution Architect (Functional) will be critical in shaping and defining the strategy solutions components of DQM. We are looking for experienced Solution Architect with an excellent functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft cloud solutions and related technologies (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, etc.). You will apply your knowledge and experience to each customer through proactive and preventative work efforts including requirement clarification, solution design, and technical implementation support. This role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and solve real world business problems.  

You will be expected to strategically assist the business with assessments, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365 solution. Responsible for overall application architecture and design decisions during a project. Works to map overall design to requirements and systems, ensuring solutions align with business goals and processes, and fit within the enterprise context. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assists the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for significant CME/MS Dynamics 365 projects. 
• Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the context of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365 and in related 365 toolset. 
• Deep knowledge of the Dynamics, Customer Engagement, Interactive Service Hub, Field Service and Portals. Strong understanding of when to use of native features and when it is appropriate to use custom engagement development. Ability to successfully communicate this information to both technical and business teams.
• Participates with implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs.
• Provides leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans. 
• Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents. 
• Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
