Our Knowledge & Insights team specializes in tailored solutions to address our clients’ complex and evolving needs—offering strategic insight and hands-on support in Market Mapping, Industry-Specific Strategic Insights, and Company Profiling.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a Senior Analyst to support the team’s Project Manager and coordinate the work of Analysts across a wide range of client engagements.
Description:
Join LGG Advisors’ growing Knowledge & Insights team, with offices in Porto, Lisbon, London, and Madrid. Support high-impact consulting projects in the areas of Market and Company Research, Strategic Industry Insights, and Market Mapping. Work directly with the Project Manager and interact with global clients across sectors, including the US and Europe. Engage in intellectually stimulating environments with strong learning and leadership development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Project Manager on client engagements
- Coordinate and supervise the daily work of a team of Analysts
- Deliver ongoing training and mentoring to Analysts
- Manage daily communication and troubleshooting with high-profile clients
- Prepare client-ready reports with structured insights, conclusions, and strategic recommendations
- Conduct detailed company, market, and industry research for consulting and investment clients
- Translate complex data into meaningful and actionable business insights
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience conducting research, preparing reports, and synthesizing data—ideally in Consulting or Financial Services
- Fluency in English at a proficient level (education or professional experience in an English-speaking environment is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of accounting concepts and ability to interpret financial statements
- Strong research capabilities with analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Business acumen with the ability to understand industry dynamics and business models
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and proactive working approach
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus (non-mandatory)
