Required Skills and Competencies:

• Build custom crates and pallets
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment
• Clean containers, materials, supplies or work areas
• Record product, packaging and order information on specified forms and records
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Lay out dimensions on materials with ruler, measuring tape and pencil
• Saw materials to size using hand/power saws
• Assemble materials using various tools and place them in container/crate
• Build crates and prepares for shipping including applying labels and other packaging requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Uphold all trash and recycling processes according to PWS standards
• Participate in and nurture team oriented working environment
• Adjust to a fast paced and quickly changing environment/set of duties

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 1 plus year(s) woodworking experience
• Experience using tape measure, nails guns, and power tools 
• Experience with material handling
• Ability to follow safety guidelines-i.e. steel toed shoes, safety glasses, and vests while in the warehouse area 
• Ability to complete TSA and US customs background screening process and training
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to drive a fork lift a plus

What We Offer

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

• Hourly $17.00-$23.00, depending on experience
