About the role

YOUR MISSION

  • Craft and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that encompasses social media, influencer and paid media to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion. The candidate must be well versed in both SEO and CRM partnering with our global teams on plans and execution for the business.
  • Focus on delivering culturally leading content that drives engagement, positive sentiment and conversion.
  • Drive the vision and execution of our digital content and social media strategies along our internal teams.
  • Drive our influencer marketing efforts and work closely alongside our external partners to deliver against our earned and paid KPIs. Identify and drive influencer initiatives that will improve audience acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Lead with a data first mindset. Leverage data to inform digital campaign development. Track campaigns and be the owner of numbers to identify opportunities for change / growth.
  • Develop CRM strategies to assure retention of customers across our digital platforms.
  • Drive innovation across all digital touchpoints. Be the shepherd of digital trends, tactics and best practices to assure the success of the business.

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related industry
  • 5+ years of experience across digital marketing (Social media, Influencer, Paid Media, CRM,)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams successfully, with a proven track record of launching partnerships and campaigns. 
  • Expertise in managing digital content, social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), and e-commerce strategies. Proficiency in the latest digital marketing tools
  • A deep understanding of digital best practices and earned relationships in the digital space (content creators, agencies etc)
  • Deep passion for culture, the consumer and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Position is based in Los Angeles and a hybrid work schedule, in office a minimum 3 full days a week.
  • Domestic & International Travel required; up to 30%

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $74,500 - $105,960 + Bonus + Benefits
