We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Accounting Team based in Athens. 

As an Accounts Payable Assistant you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
• Reconciliation of supplier outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Support day to day operations as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar role will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of Accounting principles
• Knowledge of MS Office (excel etc) and G-Suite (google sheets etc)
• Advanced command of the English language both written and oral
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
