Responsibilities

- Experience in ICT regulatory compliance projects, ICT risks management and security (ideally in the financial industry).

- Deep knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems and architecture, especially in cloud data environments.

- Strong analytical skills, with strong structured and clear communication skills. Must be fluent in English (will be working full time in English language).

- Proven ability in client-facing presentations and engagement. Must be able to independently run sessions with the client and own deliverables.

- Production of client deliverables (procedures, internal policies, process maps, to a high standard of quality).

- Ability to quickly identify the needs and challenges of clients, convert in business requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Expert knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies.

- Expert knowledge in Process Diagrams – BPMN 2.0. Processing mapping tools: Draw.io and MS-Visio.

- Experience with projects involving multidisciplinary teams (architects, business analysts, systems analysts).

- Must have excellent EXCEL Skills, particularly in data analysis and/or modeling applications (Excel) and related presentation packages.

- Knowledge Confluence and JIRA / Azure DevOps.

- MS-Purview SQL and/or database experience is a plus.

Essential skills

- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role;- Experience in ICT regulatory compliance projects;- Experience in process diagrams, BPMN;- Draw.io, MS-Visio and Excel experience;- Good knowledge of English.
