The Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) has a new and exciting career opportunity as Lead HR Business Partner & Classification Specialist (HRA3) in the office of the Executive Director.
The goal of this recruitment is to fill this position at a Human Resource Analyst 3 level. However, we encourage candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for a Human Resource Analyst 2 to apply, as we may consider under-filling the position until the selected candidate meets the minimum qualifications of the Human Resource Analyst 3.

What You Will Be Doing
You will provide a full range of human resource services as a HR business partner to the agency. The incumbent will consult and advise on matters related to job analysis and classification, recruitment strategies, performance, the application, interpretation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements, and general personnel laws, rules, policies and procedures. This position is responsible for researching, auditing, correcting, and processing complex actions for HECC employees and board members. This position advises managers on correct system actions and role responsibilities for Workday, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position will conduct investigations, respond to grievances, and prepare disciplinary letters along with correspondence related to grievances.
