As a Security Officer - Warehouse Access Driver in Braselton, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling logistics and distribution locations. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and interacting with individuals to provide outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing access points, verifying credentials, and assisting with security-related protocols. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and vendors with access-related inquiries and directions as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, and any access control violations according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with site personnel to maintain awareness of daily operations and any changes to access protocols.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
