In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the successful enterprise-wide deployment of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Windows 11. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Manage Application Inventory – Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a detailed enterprise application inventory, ensuring compatibility with M365 and Windows 11
• Conduct Quality Assurance – Lead testing efforts for M365 and Windows 11 applications, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless integration
• Collaborate with Stakeholders – Engage with key business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align project goals
• Document and Report – Maintain detailed records of application assessments, testing results, and remediation plans, providing clear updates to leadership
• Improve Processes – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in application inventory and remediation efforts

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IT projects
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) deployment and enterprise IT environments
• Experience conducting QA testing and coordinating remediation efforts for large-scale IT projects
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing enterprise application inventories and leading remediation initiatives

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
• Hands-on experience with M365 deployments in large organizations
• Strong understanding of enterprise application compatibility and integration challenges

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or project management are a plus
