3rd Shift Milieu Specialist

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a 3rd Shift Milieu Specialist to join our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). The 3rd Shift Milieu Specialist ensures that clients receive professional services effectively and through a trauma-informed lens. This position is responsible for program development and implementation, coordination, and management of service delivery (education, cafe, recreation, therapeutic passes, outings, etc.), and assurance of program quality and compliance with applicable standards and regulatory bodies. The 3rd Shift Milieu Specialist is responsible for completion of proactive shift exchange occurring specifically during the first to second shift. This position is a critical crisis de-escalation team member and responder.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am (In person work required)

Shift Differential: Added to base rate when working the below hours

• 3rd Shift (11p - 7a): $1.00/hr
• Weekends (Fri, 3pm - Mon, 6:59am): $0.50/hr

Who you are:

• You have a high school diploma, or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• You have three years of relevant mental health experience.
• You must be eligible for a qualified mental health specialist (QMHS) certification.
• You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
