Off Premise Development C-Stores (New Orleans)

To drive, develop and execute category management processes at branch level to better improve Crescent Crown’s position in the market place.  To build relationships externally with our customers and internally with our sales department, to meet our vision to be the best distributor in our market.  To call on accounts as directed by the Category Development Manager, to find opportunity to enhance and develop our category and space management approach in the independent c-store channel.

Requirements (include but not limited to):

• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record;
• Reliable personal vehicle available for regular business use;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Strong communication skills including public speaking;
• Must have a strong team spirit and work ethic;
• Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Ability to frequently lift/carry at least 50 lbs and push/pull at least 240 lbs.
• Must have tolerance for temperature changes, due to cooler work;
• Must be able to perform to standards, with limited supervision.
• Undergraduate college degree preferred;
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in beer/beverage industry preferred;
• Sales experience a plus for calling on customer accounts.
