ROLE SUMMARY:
If you are interest in a hands-on, continuous improvement oriented, fast-paced role in a world class manufacturing environment then our Warehouse Business Process Manager role is for you.The Warehouse Business Process Manager is responsible for Managing the supply chain shipments by coordinating with warehouse operations. You will assist in warehouse supervision in equipment, labor, and material troubleshooting.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full ownership of the Warehouse team including warehouse area managers and operations
  • Lead process work groups consisting of Bottlers, Technicians, Shift Supervisors, and multiple 3PLs.
  • Lead development and monitoring of all critical control points to ensure safety, consistency, quality, and packaging excellence.
  • Utilize VPO tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, 5 - Why's, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.).
  • Responsible for financial performance of area.
  • Oversee maintenance work in area of responsibility.
  • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are being followed, ensuring ownership and accountability of the overall team.
  • Monitor shipping plans to maintain quality and accomplish current and future schedules.
  • Ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
     

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Management discipline; MBA a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a 24 hour/7 day a week operating department.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems such as SAP, IMS, BDW, BPA, etc.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays on-call and/or on-shift
  • Willingness to arrive early or stay later for off-shift activities
