As the first Clinical Systems Trainer on the Intus Care Client Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the Intus Care platform into key user workflows. Leveraging your clinical expertise in interdisciplinary care for geriatrics, you will deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs for our clients, empowering them to effectively utilize our platform and optimize care delivery and outcomes.

Leveraging your clinical expertise in interdisciplinary care for geriatrics, you will deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs for our clients, empowering them to effectively utilize our platform and optimize care delivery and outcomes.
What We Do:
Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. Intus Care empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. Our mission is to catalyze data driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. In addition, Intus Care offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support new PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities.In This Role You Will:
- Training Program Development:
- Understand our clients' key care delivery workflows to shape their onboarding experience, including training materials, user guides, manuals, and interactive modules tailored to their needs and workflows.
- Design and implement onboarding curriculum and learning paths for different user groups, such as interdisciplinary care teams, quality management teams, and administrative staff.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate your key client stakeholders on the features, functionalities, and best practices of the Intus Care platform.
- Provide hands-on training and support during client onboarding , ensuring users feel confident and proficient in utilizing the platform in their core workflows.
- User Support and Troubleshooting:
- Serve as a platform subject matter expert and primary point of contact for end-users, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and answering user inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (implementation, product, engineering, and Integrated Care Services) to escalate and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
- Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
- Meticulously document all client meetings and trainings during implementation to ensure internal and external visibility and learnings.
- As a part of our implementation exit assessment, develop and deploy client sentiment surveys and training evaluations to identify areas of improvement for training reinforcement
- Continuously monitor user feedback and training effectiveness, making recommendations for enhancements and updates to training materials and curriculum.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key end-users, including user "champions" across the client organizations.
- Surface timely and complete user feedback, requests and insights to inform product roadmap development.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Comprehensive experience with delivering clinical workflows and practices within interdisciplinary care models for geriatrics.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a clinical educator or trainer for healthcare technology products/solutions is a plus.
- Deep, on-the-job experience documenting in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Experience using population health tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, document meetings well and adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to travel (20-30%) for on-site training sessions and customer engagements.
