GEICO is seeking experienced sales professionals with strong industry knowledge to join our team as Experienced Sales Representatives.In this role, you’ll do more than sell insurance—you’ll guide customers in protecting what matters most. Whether assisting potential customers or supporting existing policyholders, you’ll combine expertise with genuine care to deliver an exceptional experience.What You’ll Do

• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with inbound callers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Policy Preparation: Prepare insurance quotes, advise on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies.
• Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service that demonstrates the value of being a GEICO policyholder.
• Meaningful Impact: Help customers feel secure and supported while advancing your career.

  • Sales Associates may also earn up to $60,000 annually through a performance-based incentive plan.
• Sign-On Bonuses: $1,500 for active Personal Lines Insurance license holders.
• Evening Shift Differential: +10% pay for eligible shifts.

What We’re Looking For    • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences    • Proven success in meeting sales goalsCore Skills    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills    • Adaptability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment    • Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple applicationsExperience & Qualifications    • 2+ years of direct sales experience (insurance sales preferred), or 2+ years of salesexperience in a corporate or call center environment    • Active Personal Lines Insurance or P&C license preferred, not required    • High School Diploma required; 2–4-year college degree preferredTechnical & Availability Requirements    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed    #geico400
