Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director, Product Operations and Management to lead our product organization with a strategic focus on customer-centricity, operational excellence, and innovation. This role requires a seasoned leader who can drive both high-level strategic initiatives and continuous process improvements, while fostering a culture of empowerment, agility, and collaboration across teams. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our product vision, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers and market.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and implement process improvements throughout the product development, delivery, and support lifecycles. 
• Proven track record in a senior product or operations role with experience driving successful product development and process optimization.
• Lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic goals, including planning, scoping, risk analysis, and tracking progress to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to inform product decisions and strategies. Guide the organization in using metrics and market insights to drive product prioritization, development, and adjustments.
• Promote seamless collaboration across product, design, engineering, and other teams.  
• Inspire ambitious thinking and a long-term vision that extends beyond immediate product needs. Champion innovative ideas and explore groundbreaking solutions that position our products as industry-leading.

What You Need:

• Strong background in translating customer insights and market research into actionable product strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and other product tracking and collaboration tools.
• Proficient in using data, metrics, and user feedback to inform decisions and shape product direction.
• Experienced in agile product development methodologies, able to navigate and thrive in fast-paced environments, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
• Enthusiasm for fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
