Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Liaison to join our growing and thriving organization. This is your opportunity to provide both customer service and effective engagement to patients in Sparta, WI.

What's Available:

• 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week)

• Shift: 4 days per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:45AM-4:30PM (45-minute lunch) **rotate for late shift one night per week, generally done before 5:00PM**

• Department: Family Medicine

• On-site, Sparta, WI

What you will do:

• Communicates effectively with patients, family members and Gundersen Health System staff to schedule appointments, admissions, surgeries, tests and procedures utilizing good customer service skills.

• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
