AFS is seeking a Technical Project Manager Lead experienced in Cyber Security that is passionate about working directly with exciting customers, helping them define and execute their requirements, supporting vital national security missions, and seeing an immediate impact from your work. This position will lead a team of Cyber Security personnel to maintain the security posture of the system and deliver new capabilities for a large DoD program. The role, with support from other Technical Leads and Program Management, will be responsible for executing the contract requirements, communicating with government customers and stakeholders, and disseminating requirements and priorities to execution teams. The ideal candidate is hyper focused on customer needs, enthusiastic, a self-starter, and is dedicated to the mission.
The Work:
This position is a customer-facing position that supports a delivery team, stakeholders, and end-users in execution of project workstreams. Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at various organization levels (IT leadership, PMs, architects, developers, engineers, and operations personnel)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to analyze data and form recommendations
- Solid understanding of modern technology
- Hands on experience with Management tools (ex. Jira, Confluence, or others)
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience delivering and/or managing an information system project
- 5+ years of executing computer security principals and support managing cyber risk for an organization, such as those following the Risk Management Framework (RMF), JSIG or other authorization and assessment process
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3+ years supporting classified programs and authorization and assessments practices for DoD, IC, or Federal Law Enforcement customers in a technical environment
- 3+ years authoring and implementing policy at an enterprise level
- Working knowledge of project management concepts and principles
- Experience working with multiple specialties in a “one-team” environment
Desired Skills:
- Proficient with eMASS package development.
- Demonstrated ability to understand team/client relationships, team dynamics, and environment culture
- Experience with eMASS
- Experience building deliverables to support stakeholders and program management
- Able to engage with customers/stakeholders/end-users and influence decisions based on sound analysis
- Familiarity with AWS capabilities and offerings
- Experience with managing subcontractors
- Desire to learn new technologies and tools and willing to share your experiences with the team
- Program Management Professional PMP or similar certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active Top-Secret clearance, TS/SCI preferred

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
