Patient Services Manager (PSM)

Are you passionate about patient experience, team leadership, and healthcare foodservice? Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead and elevate our Patient Services Team in a fast-paced acute care environment in Lawrenceville, GA.
In this role, you’ll be at the center of patient satisfaction—driving service excellence, mentoring teams, and ensuring nutrition services align with clinical standards and individual patient needs.
What You’ll Do

Lead and execute patient foodservice programs based on medical direction, patient populations, and operational goals

Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Services team

Ensure compliance with prescribed diets and modified nutrition plans while honoring patient preferences

Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and support achievement of service excellence benchmarks

Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards (federal, state, accrediting bodies), including HIPAA and patient rights policies

Participate in and lead patient satisfaction efforts, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs
What We’re Looking For

Associate degree plus 1+ year of foodservice or related experience OR Bachelor’s degree in foodservice management, nutrition, or a related field

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Diet Technician (DTR), or Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred
-
1+ year of foodservice management experience, ideally in an acute care or healthcare setting

ServSafe® certification preferred

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, electronic medical records (EMR), and diet office systems
