The Role
As a key member of our world-class engineering team, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI deeply into the fabric of the mabl platform. You will design and implement solutions that provide intelligent assistance to our customers throughout the entire software testing lifecycle. Leveraging generative AI and modern frameworks, you will contribute broadly across the mabl codebase, crafting intuitive, powerful, and engaging user experiences that transform critical aspects of test automation, including creation, execution, and maintenance. You'll have a direct impact on mabl's business, customers, and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable cloud infrastructure, robust services, intuitive user experiences, and efficient tooling that empowers AI-driven features throughout mabl's product ecosystem
• Work as part of a small, self-directed team to define, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions to complex, high-impact product challenges
• Partner closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and designers to drive cohesive and impactful AI feature development
• Own the quality, reliability, and business impact of your individual contributions and actively contribute to the success of your team
• Diagnose and resolve production issues spanning various services and layers of the technology stack, ensuring a stable and performant platform
• Directly engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, using these insights to refine and improve our AI-powered offerings
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the continuous availability and health of our platform
