You will bring exceptional creativity, structured thinking related to digital procurement solutions, related technology, processes, and frameworks. Leveraging your </span>deep specialized knowledge and extensive expertise<span>, you will proactively </span>define and lead comprehensive strategies and approaches<span> that significantly contribute to the development and execution of the overall digital procurement strategy and evolution roadmap. Your leadership will be crucial in driving </span>large-scale efficiencies, automation, and a superior user experience<span> across the organization. You will serve as a </span>principal ambassador for Digital Procurement and Excellence<span>, shaping its future direction.</span></p><p></p><p><span>You will </span>collaborate and influence<span> across diverse cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Procurement, IT, Business Process Management, and key external solution providers. This involves </span>proactively identifying strategic alignment opportunities<span>, gathering critical feedback, and prioritizing initiatives to </span>architect, deploy, and continuously enhance<span> enabling digital procurement solutions and processes.</span></p><p><span>You will </span>mentor and guide<span> other colleagues, squad members, and networks on initiatives that demonstrably impact functional goals and significantly increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and user experience of procurement processes and solutions across the enterprise.</span></p><p></p><p><span>As a </span>Sr. Procurement Solutions Manager (Ideation &amp; Design)<span>, you will play a </span>pivotal role<span> according to your extensive experience, knowledge, and strategic business/team requirements, including but not limited to:</span></p><ul><li><p>Establishing and maintaining a leading understanding<span> of industry best practices, emerging trends in digital procurement technologies, advanced governance frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies. You will leverage this knowledge to </span>proactively identify opportunities for strategic advantage<span>.</span></p></li><li><p>Driving a culture of continuous process &amp; solution optimization<span>, maximizing their strategic value and impact within Global Procurement and across Roche. This includes </span>defining and implementing metrics for success<span>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Acting as a </span>principal domain knowledge and subject matter expert<span>, providing </span>authoritative input, strategic advice, and advanced know-how<span> on digital procurement systems, processes, and their comprehensive governance.
