What You'll Be Doing:

• Contributing to AI-Driven Automation: Work alongside senior engineers to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that automate manual operations and streamline processes.

• Hands-On Coding: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in relevant programming languages to build features, integrate systems, and support AI/ML model deployment.

• Learning & Applying Best Practices: Learn and apply modern software development, AI/ML, and MLOps principles, focusing on writing secure, reliable, and scalable code under guidance from senior team members.

• Testing & Debugging: Participate in testing, debugging, and maintaining AI-powered automation applications, ensuring their stability and performance.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the overall technical discussion and problem-solving process.

• Skill Development: Actively learn about AI/ML models, cloud technologies, and process automation techniques, leveraging internal resources and mentorship.

What We're Looking For:

• Code Enthusiast: A passionate software engineer with a strong foundation in programming concepts and a desire to build reliable software.

• Foundational Programming Skills: Familiarity with one of Python, Go or Java is essential. Eagerness to learn new languages like JavaScript (for UIs) and other AI-relevant technologies is highly valued.

• Eager to Learn Cloud & AI: Some exposure to or a strong desire to learn about cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and the fundamentals of AI/ML is modern and highly welcome.

• Understanding Basics: Basic understanding of how microservices work, REST APIs, and message systems (like Kafka) – or a keen interest in learning more.

• Collaborative & Curious: A team player who is open to new ideas, eager to learn from others, and enjoys tackling technical challenges.

• Problem Solver: Demonstrates initiative and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

• Growth Mindset: Excited about developing a career in AI-driven development and process automation within a large, dynamic organization.
