About the role

Overview

Dining Services is looking for a couple of responsible individuals to assist our breakfast crew.

Schedule is 6:00am - 12:00am M-F some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer service
  • food prep
  • cooking
  • baking
  • serving
  • cleaning

 

Enjoy a free meal with every shift and learn basic cooking techniques.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Able to work 6:00 am to 12 noon Monday through Friday and some weekends
  • Ability to acquire a food handler's permit

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn new skills or techniques

    Advertised Salary

    $10.25 an hour

    The position requires considerable physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting (50 pounds) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects.  Employees must be prepared to assume uncomfortable positions such as crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Additionally, the work environment can include confined or narrow spaces. Employees must adhere to safety precautions and may be required to use protective equipment.
