Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Multi-Family Manager to join our Quality team located in Smithfield, PA!

This position will coordinate and ensure sufficient resources are available and trained in order to validate product design requirements across multiple programs in order to meet delivery schedules.

Successful candidates will have the ability to manage data processes, including the collection, organization and analysis of production metrics. Ability to understand the strategic perspective and facilitate cross-functional teams and processes, including senior leadership as required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families.

• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.

• Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience leading projects and/or teams

• Experience working with cross discipline engineering teams

• More than 3 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing processes and organizations

• Experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard

• More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree

• Active U.S. Security Clearance

• Experience with system engineering / quality engineering.

• Experience with surveillance and compliance audits.

Summary pay range: USD 108,800 – 147,200
