Sr. Director Growth, Cloud Professional Services (East Coast & West Coast)

Acxiom is currently seeking sales professionals to join our expanding cloud services organization. In this role, you will lead the business development and sales process, driving revenue in professional, implementation, and managed services from leads to close. The role will be responsible for aligning with Salesforce and the Acxiom Partner Business Development teams to sell solutions, including owning opportunities, creating/proposing solutions, and contributing to practice targets including revenue, pipeline creation, and other activity and strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- As an Individual Contributor, lead strategic opportunities with new and existing clients by targeting, and developing key buyer/influencer relationships across multiple client accounts.
- Collaborate with Salesforce account teams to identify and drive joint sales activity
- Build, lead, and close new business opportunities — working collaboratively with Sales Enablement, and Partner BD.
- Develop differentiated proposals that fully communicate Acxiom’s value and competitive advantage.
- Leverage Acxiom CRM systems to meet administrative expectations including activity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Negotiate and secure contracts and agreements with the support of Sales Operations.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 4 years experience selling professional or managed services, with 8 years of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals including selling process, strategy, and technique.
- Success in building and nurturing alliance relationships is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
- Skilled at partnering with clients to understand their organizational needs and act as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to fast-paced and ambiguous business priorities.
- Strong persuasion skills that translate into developing cross-functional alignment and action across organizational boundaries and companies.
- Highly credible communicator with the ability to present to senior-level executives as well as run and facilitate strategic working sessions.
