Your Role as a Charge Nurse

You'll help lead and support the clinical team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, person‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments

• Resident assessments and ongoing monitoring

• Collaboration with CNAs, providers, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff

• Documentation and care coordination

• Promoting a positive resident and team experience

What We're Looking For

• Active Nebraska LPN or RN license

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, resident‑centered approach

• Calm, confident leadership

• Long‑term care experience preferred, not required

Schedule Options

Full‑time and part‑time Day, evening, and overnight shifts 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts
