HR Intern – People Operations

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while working in an international environment? We are looking for an HR Intern to support our People Operations Specialist with daily HR tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn about HR processes, employee relations and HR technology.

Requirements

What You Will Do:

• Assist in drafting employment contracts, HR policies, and other official documents;

• Support the management of HRIS software (Hibob) and help keep employee records up to date;

• Help with general administrative HR tasks, including maintaining employee files and handling document organization;

• Gain exposure to relocation processes, onboarding and daily HR operations;

• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and analyzing employee data;

• Work closely with the People Operations Specialist to ensure smooth execution of HR functions.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;

• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus but not required);

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with an interest in HR processes;

• Willingness to learn using HRIS software;

• Able to work independently while also being a proactive team player;

• Available to work 3 days per week in our Amsterdam office.
