About the role
Grassroots representatives will distribute flyers door-to-door at MDU properties to market Verizon promotions, promote events, and help drive sales of products and services. Call potential customers to create sales leads that will be distributed to Sales Specialists. Assist Sales Specialists at property to engage consumers. This position will be full time hours and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Pre-promoting events and offers.
- Flyer and door hanging properties and target areas.
- Product promotion.
- Contacting potential customers to create sales leads to passing along to Sales Specialists.
- When needed: set up, tear down and maintenance of event site and materials.
- Administrative Duties (recapping).
- Travel within the various cities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, reliable, communication skills, flexibility, organization and attention to detail.
- The candidate will be working closely with team members and the general public.
- Field promotion and proven sales experience preferred.
- Travel required.
- Tech Savvy.
- Job will require field activity including walking at MDU properties to distribute flyers.
- Will require set up, tear down and maintenance of event site and materials.
- Will require calling customers to generate sales leads.
