ServiceNow Functional Lead

Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Lead to plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of the functional ServiceNow designers and change management team
- Lead Requirement activities
- Lead the functional design activities
Here's what you need:
- 5 years of relevant experience leading ServiceNow implementations
- Experience overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including defining project scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
- Experience leading a small team of business analysts
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience developing AGILE user stories
- Writing functional test scripts
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSM
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI is required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
