Overview and Responsibilities:
The Manager of Media Supply Chain Fulfillment reports to the Vice President of Platform Fulfillment Operations. This team handles tasks like metadata ingestion, quality control, image resizing, scheduling, file creation, and delivering high-quality VOD content. This content is sent to owned platforms and Paramount Global affiliates such as iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, UPC, and SKY. This department is deadline focused and involves solid attention to detail. We work closely with all brands, as well as various internal departments and partners to ensure our content is being delivered on time and without error.
You will be the main contact for complex operational, technical, and partner issues. You will also manage relationships with internal and external clients. This involves onboarding new partners and integrating them into our system.
Oversee global scheduling and multiplatform content delivery, ensuring publishing standards/specifications and standardized validation procedures are met for launches and ongoing releases. Ensure reliable intake, validation, and distribution of metadata and media assets. This includes video, captions, subtitles, dubbing, and artwork. Monitor system configurations and integrations for partner launches. Troubleshoot with technical support to prevent issues before they occur. Track fulfillment across internal systems to consistently meet deadlines and SLAs, and align communications across operational, business, strategy, and sales teams to support content availability, localization readiness, and resourcing.
Use established processes, tools, and systems to plan, execute, and track your work. Follow documented workflows and standard operating procedures. This ensures accuracy and consistency. Work with cross-functional teams and partners to align priorities and solve issues. Regularly communicate progress, risks, and results through updates, documentation, and reports.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in media distribution.
- Proven experience in managing and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of distribution workflows, various film, video, audio and digital formats (UHD SDR, UHD HDR-10, Dolby Vision, IMF, DCP, etc.), home media production, technical spec profiles, closed captioning and subtitle formats, various aspect ratios, QC processes, file delivery applications, etc.
- Media & Entertainment industry experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AirTable, Smartsheet, Outlook, Microsoft Office/365, Sales Force, Media Silo, Aspera, Media Shuttle, Salesforce.
- Highly organized, exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead skillfully.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
