Job Description:
Manages operations and clinical program development for a specified clinical service line and collaborates with leaders and clinicians to ensure quality measures, patient experience and provider productivity are maintained. Partners with a physician leader to manage clinicians as well as ensures development and application of consistent clinical programs and services within the clinical service line.
Principle Responsibilities
- Operations management
- Works with leadership on outreach schedules and access, equipment standardization, quality improvement initiatives, and staffing model.
- Oversees development of department wide patient education, marketing, and web content.
- Works at various sites as needed to ensure adequate leader coverage.
- Acts as point person for all issues related to specified clinical service line.
- May act as a liaison between hospital and clinic operations.
- Practice management
- Ensures compliance on policies and protocols for clinical service line.
- Schedules and runs department meetings.
- Partners with clinical service line leadership on recruitment initiatives.
- Program development
- Ensures staffing for all clinical programs as needed.
- Leads business and operational planning for new programs and services.
- Manages dashboard for clinical service line.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
- 3 to 7 years of experience in practice management and/or program management and development at a health care organization
- 2 to 5 years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
Physical Demands

- Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range
Pay Range: $52.24 to $72.28 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.Benefit Summary
