Retailer Investigations Coordinator - Center for Tobacco Products (CTP)

Responsibilities 
•    Distribute client case assignments to team data collectors and analysts.
•    Track and prioritize case assignments to reduce risks with timely delivery against client due dates.
•    Monitor workloads and available resources to mitigate backlogs.
•    Provide general support to team members with data issues and discrepancies.
•    Participate in weekly meetings with team members to discuss performance metrics.
•    Review data analysis and verify if case needs to be escalated for further data analysis.
•    Manage federal, state, and local database logins.
•    Draft initial reports for management review and approval.
•    Provide field support for boots-on-the-ground data collection operations.
Qualifications 
•    US Citizen
•    At a minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•    Ability to pass a Moderate Risk Level Clearance Check
•    Knowledgeable with Salesforce CRM and similar Project Management Tools
•    Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting
•    Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
