Our products are more affordable and more sustainable than their dairy equivalents. </span><span> </span></p> <p> </p> <p></p><p>Location: Warsaw, Poland</p> <p>Hybrid work </p> <p>Contract: fixed-term contract with the possibility of extending cooperation</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the position</strong></p> <p>Currently we are looking for Flora Professional Marketing Senior Specialist based in Warsaw, who will be responsible for delivering marketing targets in Poland within HoReCa channel. </p> <p><span>Main Responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li>Close co-operation with Sales Team and Customers/Distributors to execute marketing strategy.</li> <li>Creation and execution of trade activation plans for distributors and C&amp;C.</li> <li>Preparation of presentations and training for Sales Team and Customers/Distributors.</li> <li>Preparation and distribution of leaflets, catalogs, brochures and POS materials.</li> <li>Implementing and running distributor and operator loyalty programs.</li> <li>Analyzing business results and making reports for the Leadership Team.</li> <li>Following up on marketing investments to deliver business targets.</li> <li>Executing digital strategy incl. own website, e-commerce and portfolio/brand presence on web and in social media.</li> <li>Cooperation with advertising, PR agencies, printers, graphical studios.</li> <li>Contributing to demand forecasting.</li> </ul> <p><br/><strong>So what does it take to be successful in this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, especially in trade marketing.</li> <li>Previous experience in Foods and B2B is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong analytical and presentation skills.</li> <li>Strong self-discipline and resilience in the face of pressure.</li> <li>Ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines.</li> <li>Very good communication skills.</li> <li>Project and budget management skills.</li> <li>Fluent Polish and English.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What’s next?</strong></p> <p>If this position sounds interesting, please hit the apply button now!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p><span>We understand your resume might not be up to date and recommend that you apply with what you have or your LinkedIn Profile.
