About the Role:
The Ad Products team at Twitch seeks to deliver the best advertising experiences to our viewers on Twitch. We are always looking for new ad formats that are both fun and engaging for our audiences while driving better ad performance for our advertisers. This program manager role is for a new set of ad formats we are experimenting with and reports to the lead product manager for these new formats. Being successful in this role will require knowledge in the media advertising, influencer marketing, and gaming spaces.
You Will:
- Independently execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign execution.
- Identify process gaps for campaign execution and take the necessary actions to resolve these process gaps by working across UX Design, Engineering, Product, Sales Marketing, and other operational teams.
-Identify new product opportunities by closing the advertiser customer feedback loop.

- You Have:
- 7+ years of program management experience
- 5+ year of experience in the advertising and influencer marketing industries
- Run successful influencer marketing campaigns
- Experience working with product teams including UX designers, engineers, and product managers
- Proficient in Salesforce in the context of ad sales
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces
- Are an active Twitch user

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
