What you'll do:

• Manage two TikTok accounts dedicated to promoting eight romance novels, spanning contemporary and fantasy genres.
• Post three times daily.
• Respond to comments and messages from followers, building a community around the books.
• Craft compelling copy to accompany TikTok posts promoting romance novels.
• Keep up with trends on BookTok and use them to guide content creation.
• Use Pinterest to complement TikTok content and reach more people.Work with the team to improve content strategies and keep messaging consistent.
• Have weekly phone calls with your manager to check in on progress and discuss ideas.

Who you are:

• Fluent in Polish
• Experience in copywriting, social media or content creation. 
• Proficient in English or German to facilitate communication within the team.
• Know your way around TikTok and Pinterest.
• Love romance novels and aren’t shy about the steamy stuff, ideally: active on Booktok.
• Creative and organized, able to manage your time well.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is open to feedback and direction from colleagues and supervisors.
