Senior Operator

Overview

SCCI is seeking a skilled Senior Operator to join our team! In this position, you will provide equipment operation support for a shore-based training system for a Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Combat Systems contract. This position is in support of future work expected in 2026. This position is located in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the system scenario program
• Provide simulator system operator support to control the simulations during training and readiness events
• Support loading, Verification & Validation (V&V), and operating scenarios
• Deliver post-event reports after the completion of lab events
• Develop or modify existing documentation for scenario development, including Simulator Operators Handbook/SOP

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
• High School diploma
• Eight (8) years of Combat Information Center Watch-station experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of BMD experience is required
