Position Summary: The Finance Partner serves as a key strategic partner to assigned business units, responsible for driving timely financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the organization. Analyze operational, commercial, strategic, and financial data/metrics in order to provide insightful analysis to drive management initiatives and the planning process. The Finance Partner will be a key contributor to help the organization reach its strategic growth initiatives, including vertical and geographical expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and management financial reporting.
• Ensure the company meets its financial goals through accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop long-range financial models to enhance key business decisions.
• Manage and track budget performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting to support decision-making regarding capital deployment.
• Prepare and present forecasts to business unit senior leadership.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Provide exceptional customer service to business unit senior leadership regarding financial strategy.
• Be a consultant to the business unit to help the organization reach financial objectives.
• Provide financial insight and influence a future-focused mentality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial strategies.
• Partner with business units to identify financial opportunities and risks.
• Provide and deliver scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential outcomes for the business unit.
• Identify opportunities to leverage advanced financial technologies and strategies and partner with other members of the team to implement.
• Assist in establishing an FP&A function for the organization.
• Implement best practices in FP&A methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7 or more years’ experience in finance, accounting or related financial capacity required.
• Must have a strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Capability to effectively align financial strategies with business goals.
• Quick responsiveness and adaptation to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in this job description.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Occasional travel may be required.
