The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Consultant, InsurTech Education & Communications, to our high performing Workplace Solutions InsurTech team, with the opportunity to work remotely. You will be responsible for collaborating with leadership, internal stakeholders and external partners to support the design and implementation of InsurTech education and communication programs that increase engagement, accelerate performance, and improve business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct an education and communication needs analysis by engaging with stakeholders to assess current programs, gaps, and future requirements 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement an ongoing training strategy through various channels to promote a deeper understanding of Lincoln’s InsurTech partnerships and capabilities 
  • Support the design of an external education series to effectively and compellingly articulate Lincoln’s InsurTech partnerships and capabilities 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement an ongoing communication strategy through various channels to promote a deeper understanding of Lincoln’s evolving InsurTech partnerships and capabilities 
  • Enhance and maintain current educational repositories to promote learning on the topic of InsurTech (ex: SharePoint, Allego, etc.)
  • Support the execution of InsurTech partner level strategies with assigned areas of support to achieve business growth and profitability objectives 
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in the InsurTech space, assesses the impact, and collaborates with your assigned areas of support to foster a deep and evolving understanding of the market 
  • Translate and relay complex questions & feedback from your assigned areas of support to management and internal teams to facilitate continuous improvement of current capabilities and drive adoption of future solutions 

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • 5-7+ years' experience in insurance/benefits product management and/or education/communication that directly aligns with the responsibilities of the role
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience and knowledge of integrations with Third Party platforms (ex: ben admin, bentech, InsurTech, HCM, broker technology, etc.)
  • General knowledge of Group Protection products (LTD, STD, FMLA, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, and/or hospital insurance) and group protection processes, systems and/or workflows 
  • Experience collaborating with customer-facing roles such as sales and account management

Pay Range: $90,300 - $164,700 

 

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experi
