Lead Maintenance

Description

Westgrove Tower High Rise is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance.

Our Lead Maintenance is to effectively initiate and manage the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as well as the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives. The Lead Maintenance is expected to take an active, hands-on approach to the completion of duties as well as to facilitate the development and performance of others. Must have maintenance high-rise experience.

Duties:

· Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner

· Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair

· Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements

· Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas

· Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Must meet the following qualifications:

· At least 12 months of onsite experience

· Possess valid Identification

Requirements

Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances, energetic, and self-motivated.

Also must have high-rise experience.
