e-Powertrain Transmission Engineer 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic e-Powertrain Transmission Engineer to join our dynamic team driving the future of electrified mobility. The ideal candidate will support project management and coordination, technical issue analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Join us in shaping the future of sustainable mobility.

  

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Required knowledge of ePWT perimeter, operation, and components.
• Project Management and coordination activities (projects, timing, schedule & reporting).
• Analyze issues in development/market vehicles, plant production and define countermeasures.
• Establish root cause and change management proposals, aligning with all stakeholders.
• Follow up the development progress with suppliers and related counterparts or other departments.
• Support software flashing, dataset installation to prepare development vehicles.
• Report project status to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• Industrial, Mechanical, Electric, Automotive Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, with autonomous and proactive management skills and ability to implement improvement actions.
• Great communication and management skills at all levels, both internal and external, with leadership in planning, self-coordination, analysis, and reporting both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English and Spanish level (both spoken and written).

• Skills in planning, organizing, and managing technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Confidentiality and professionalism in document handling.
• Experience managing technical projects, coordination with suppliers and other departments.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and a high commitment to quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills, results-driven mindset, strong capability to analyze technical data, generate structured reports and deliver clear presentations.
• Knowledge in automotive engineering services and ePowertrain technologies, with strong component and system knowledge

• Availability to travel occasionally to support project testing and management.
• Valid driving license (minimum B category).
