Porter (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Porter to join our successful team in the Hoboken area.

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm
  
• Full time (40 hours)
• Payrate - $15/hr.

Porter position is responsible for cleaning the building at Maxwell Pl parking garages .

Responsibilities include:

• Clean outs parking garage trash bins.
• Water drain cleanage.
• Experience using wet vacuum.
• Exterior janitorial experience.

Requirements

• Must have a Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to strip, wax, buff floors
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must be reliable and professional.
• 3 years custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or porter experience
• Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
• Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
